We pour our heart into each Valeria Krasavina piece, so we hope that you love them as much as we do. Due to the unique nature and craft process of our products, all clothing and illustrations are final sale. However, we understand that life is not always perfect, so if you are not 100% satisfied, please follow up with us and we will try to work something out for you. Note that in order for your claim to be eligible, you need to reach out to us within the first week after receiving your order. Additionally, if you suspect a defect or damage, an item could be eligible for an exchange.

We are a small operation and are working very hard to craft a polished piece just for you, so we ask you to please allow us some time to process your order prior to shipping. Everything is one of a kind and made to order so please allow for 6-8 weeks. We do offer expedited orders, which can be discussed upon individual request.

To maintain pieces in their best state make sure to dry clean only and keep away from sharp objects. When traveling you can fold and carry in your luggage just make sure to steam after.
